For any internal doors that lead off a landing in a building with three or more floors, or if the doors are used in a loft conversion, the doors you use will need to be fire doors. Should you have a garage that can be entered via a door from the home, this will also need to be a fire door. If you live in a flat, your front door or any other door that opens to a communal area must be a fire door too.
Our team can advise on this and help you remain compliant with any regulations.
We offer both options. People like the finished option as all that is required is the hanging of the door but equally, unfinished doors are popular too. Unfinished doors allow you to add a paint colour or varnish of your choice to give it a hint of personalisation.
