Giving JB Kind Doors permission to use your image

Your photo caught our eye and we’re hoping that you’ll give us permission to share it more widely.

We know that customers love to see our doors being used in real life. By giving us the chance to share your image you’ll be inspiring future customers and helping them feel confident in their purchasing decision.

We do need to confirm some legal bits to protect both you and us. By giving us your agreement, you confirm:

• You are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• You own all rights in and to your content, or if the content is subject to third party proprietary rights such as a homeowner, you have all necessary consents to publish the content you submit and you grant the rights herein, including permission from the homeowner.
• You grant JB Kind Limited, a non-exclusive, unlimited, worldwide, royalty free, revocable licence to use your content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to JB Kind’s webpages, social media platforms, printed marketing, promotional emails and advertisements and in other marketing.
• You grant JB Kind Limited the licence to reproduce, display, distribute, combine with other materials or edit your content in any manner.
• You grant JB Kind Limited the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information in connection with any of your content.
• You understand we are under no obligation to publish your content on our website or social media accounts.
• We will only process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy which can be found here.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will JB Kind Limited be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental special consequential or punitive damages.
• You will indemnify, defend, and hold JB Kind Limited harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs in connection with the use of the content.
• If you change your mind you can simply revoke the granting of these rights set herein by sending us an email to marketing@jbkind.com.
