Martin Hile

Martin joined JB Kind more than two decades ago as a sales representative. Martin quickly progressed through the ranks moving from team leader, then supervisor to a sales management role. In the mid-1990s, Martin became the General Manager of JB Kind and by 2006 became a formal director of the company, initially as Operations Director.

Now Commercial Director, Martin is responsible for both procurement and operations, as well as product development and supplier liaison. Martin’s day to day work includes exploring new supply options, the creation of innovative door designs and evaluating current and new materials appropriate for use in the manufacture of doors.
